Mobile App and Rider App Data

Mobile Applications

In addition to information collected through our website, GoYaa Express may collect and process information through the GoYaa Express Customer App and GoYaa Express Rider App.

Information We May Collect Through the Apps

Depending on how you use the apps, we may collect:

Name, phone number, email address, and account information
Pickup and delivery locations
Delivery addresses and saved locations
Order and delivery history
Payment and transaction-related information
Device information and app usage information
Notification and communication data
Rider availability and delivery status
GPS and location information during active delivery operations

Rider Location Information

The GoYaa Express Rider App may collect and use a rider’s GPS/location information while the rider is online, available for delivery, or actively completing an assigned delivery.

Location information may be used to:

Show rider availability to the GoYaa Express dispatch team
Assign and manage deliveries
Assist riders with navigation to pickup and delivery locations
Provide delivery tracking to customers
Monitor the progress and status of active deliveries
Support safety, operational management, and customer service

Where permitted by the rider’s device settings, location information may continue to be collected while the Rider App is running in the background during active delivery operations.

GoYaa Express does not use rider location information for unrelated purposes.

Customer Information Available to Riders

Authorized GoYaa Express riders may be provided with limited customer information necessary to complete an assigned delivery, such as:

Customer name
Phone number
Pickup location
Delivery location
Delivery instructions
Order or delivery details

Riders are required to use this information only for completing GoYaa Express deliveries and must not use customer information for personal or unauthorized purposes.

Notifications

The GoYaa Express apps and website may send push notifications, SMS messages, or other alerts relating to:

Account verification (including OTP verification codes)
New delivery assignments
Order status updates and transactional delivery updates
Pickup and delivery activity
Customer or rider communications
Important service or operational notices

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS verification codes and transactional delivery updates from GoYaa Express. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Third-Party Services

To operate the GoYaa Express apps, we may use third-party technology providers for services such as:

Maps and navigation
Location services
Push notifications
Phone number verification and OTP authentication
Payment processing
Hosting and cloud infrastructure
Analytics and system monitoring

These providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services to GoYaa Express.
