Delivery Rider (Driver)
Location: Serrekunda / KMC Area
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract
Responsibilities:
• Pick up and deliver food, packages, and other items safely and on time
• Follow assigned routes and instructions from dispatcher
• Communicate with customers when needed
• Confirm deliveries using the mobile app
• Handle cash payments when required
• Maintain a professional attitude and good customer service
Requirements:
• Ability to ride a motorcycle safely
• Basic smartphone usage (Android)
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Previous delivery experience is a plus
Dispatcher / Operations Assistant
Location: Office-based (KMC Area)
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
• Monitor incoming delivery orders
• Assign orders to available riders
• Track delivery progress in real time
• Communicate with riders and customers
• Resolve delivery issues quickly
• Ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
• Basic computer skills (very important)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Problem-solving mindset
• Experience in logistics or customer service is a plus
